When will my order ship?
Orders for items placed before 6pm EST M-F will ship within 2-3 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover — including prepaid cards — we now also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay & Apple Pay. All orders are charged in USD.

Why doesn’t my discount code work?
goodcook coupon codes for promotions and holidays do expire and are not valid for use after the specified date on the promotion. Please e-mail us at info :[email protected] if you have any problems with coupon codes, and we will be happy to assist.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.

What is your warranty policy?
goodcook Design products are backed by a 90-day warranty policy. This warranty covers any goodcook Design product that breaks or does not function as described due to manufacturer defect. These products will be replaced by goodcook Design at no charge and free freight to the customer.
